Thank you so much for supporting my work.
Every order placed through Kipani Studio directly supports my art, writing, voice work, and the fantasy worlds I spend countless hours creating. Whether you've picked up a fine art print, collector piece, overlay, or something a little more after dark, I'm incredibly grateful that a piece of my studio gets to find a home with you.
Because many of my products are created, packed, and shipped by hand, I ask that you take a moment to read through the policies below before placing your order.
Orders & Processing
Most items are made to order or assembled by hand. Processing times may vary depending on the product and current studio workload.
Estimated processing times will always be listed on individual product pages.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, everything will generally ship together unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
I currently ship to the regions listed during checkout.
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information whenever available.
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are outside of my control. Delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are unfortunately not eligible for refunds.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you need to update your address, contact me as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to make changes before your shipping label is created, but I can't guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.
Returns & Cancellations
Because many items are made to order, limited edition, signed, or intimate in nature, all sales are considered final.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not accepted once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
I'll always work with you to make things right whenever possible.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please reach out within five days of delivery with photographs of both the product and packaging.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, I'll gladly assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Original Artwork & Collector Editions
Many pieces are produced in limited quantities.
Minor variations in color may occur between your screen and the finished printed product due to monitor calibration and printing processes.
Signed editions, collector releases, and handcrafted items may also contain slight variations that make each piece uniquely its own.
Mature Artwork
Some areas of Kipani Studio feature mature artwork intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older.
By purchasing mature products, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your location.
Please purchase responsibly and be mindful of local laws regarding adult material.

Purchasing physical or digital products does not transfer reproduction or commercial usage rights.
Please do not reproduce, redistribute, edit, resell, or use my work commercially without written permission.
